I need some changes to an existing landing page.

The situation: 

We have an existing live Magento website and an WordPress Product landing page.----The WP Landing page sells same products that can be bought in Magento site. (same SKU setup) ----2 Requirements:----Requirement 1. - Price change When product price changes in Magento, the product price on the landing page needs to change instantly as well. This price change on WP site will show; Previous price & New price + In stock or not (no numbers) ----Requirement 2. - Checkout When customer wants to checkout on WP Landing page. Customer will get redirected to Magento site with same basket ready on checkout page to finalize order on the Magento webshop.
