A global digital agency is looking for a digital Marketing tracking & technology experts with excellent client facing skills to support their experienced marketing and technology teams. The role is to be the go-between, between the agencies creative marketing account managers and their tech experts. A big challenge for digital marketing agencies at the moment is to implement the perfect tracking and technology setup. The existing tech team are experts at implementing this but have less client facing and consultation skills while the account managers are experts at client facing but lack the technical know-how. The role advertised will bridge this gap by understanding the clients needs and current setup through talking with the account managers and clients directly and creating a technical strategy. It also requires a deep understanding tracking technology and having the ability to be hands-on in the implementation (and/or guide our tech team to do this). Ideally you have several years experience helping well known brands implement marketing tech and tracking solutions, and are a certified expert particularly regarding Google's suite of digital marketing tools. As the agency also develops propriatorey software solutions and works with other leading tool providers, you are also quick to understand new solutions and how they can fit in to a clients digital marketing landscape. The agency operates globally but is HQ'd in Germany so if you can speak German it would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
