Description

Hiring a Database Developer who can interface different Medical Device Interface to EHR and EMR and develop EHR and EMR , that is compatible with testing and certification of NOC Medical device connectivity solutions work as the middleman between the medical device and the hospital information system. They typically comprise a point-of-care (POC) component, which associates the patient to the medical device while collecting the data from the medical device and sending it to the server. The server then interfaces with the EHR-hospital information system to facilitate communication between the medical device data and the EHR. The automation of data transfer has a multitude of benefits for a health care organization.

THE BRIEF PURPOSE (SCOPE) Project Details:

I. To develop a CLOUD based 1. PATIENT PORTAL 2. EMR for OPD ( OPD MASTER) 3. IPMS ( Indoor (in house) Patient Management system) & (Medical device connectivity). To create a database driven Medical Data Management System which allows users to add, process and retrieve data from medical devices, accessible via an online web based interface. i. EMERGENCY MASTER ii. IPD & WARD MASTER iii. OPERATION ROOM MASTER iv. ICU / CCU MASTER v. PHARMACY MASTER vi. LABORATORY MASTER vii. RADIOLOGICAL MASTER

4. SPECIALITY EMR Future scope of 1. Medical Billing services and Insurance coding 2. PRACTISE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE (It is mandatory that it should pass the testing of CCHIT for ONC certifications and FDA approval for MDC. The required module criteria for EMR, EHR, EHR- INDOOR & AMBULATORY has to match under the criteria of ONC certifications)

II. Data Analysis

To Create and integrate all the medical device of the hospital to our server based on web and we finally integrate that data on the EHR of our system. hence driving the data automatically in your system. This data could be analysed, timeline graphed and easy to analysis on the basis of timeline graph or based on guidelines and protocols. The data are obtained by three different means: (a) Self Registration (b) Data entry by Our office (c) Automatic : by transfer of EMR from one hospital to our web program ( may need interface) and also the MDI ( Medical Device Interface) giving us the data of the medical equipment. These data obtain are stored in our own EHR ( as prepared in the first part) . This data could be timelined or Integrated with Recent Protocols and Schedule, which may need some manual insertion of data thro Admin panel. Also the Data analysis along with integration means adding up Medico Legal Law on the data integration, even this may require manual insertion of data thro Admin Panel. 1. We want to have a complete database of a patient ( individual) everything includes his days as outdoor patient or during his hospitalization.This service of data mapping and integration could be used by individual, hospitals, insurance company, lawyers, clinical trails, management & admin system to learn their faults.
