I have recently redeployed our Microsoft CRM3.0 server and database to a new doman. As a result, we have lost some of the customisations to the system which we had implemented over the past few years. I will try and describe these as best I can...
- We used to be able to create a CRM Service Case directly from an Enquiry. It would take the core data from the enquiry, and upon clicking a button on the toolbar, would pre-populate a new Case with this data.
- When adding new spare parts to a Case, it would automatically total up the values, and add VAT to the Total Value field.
- We now have issues with certain reports running via the Report Viewer.
I am not sure if the above are customisations that require a bit of development, or are Workflows. I reckon they wouldn't be too difficult to reproduce with someone who nows what they are doing.
