Cowboy is looking for enthusiastic ambassadors mainly in big German cities to allow customers to receive service and support. Cowboy (www.cowboy.com) sells the first innovative e-bike to target a younger and active audience attracted by design, speed, efficiency. E-bikes were formerly targeted at the older generation. Cowboy is designed for urban commuters of any age. For urban commuters, Cowboy is a beautifully designed, high-performance, connected, electric bike, priced incomparably. Our bike has been on the market since May 2018. Our mission is to beat the commute, beat cars.
Mobile Service - Mission:
Cowboy customers can book an intervention for a repair easily with one of our Cowboy Mobile Service partners in big cities. You'll ride across the city on your Cowboy bike to perform service/repairs for our customers. It's the opportunity to inspire and create a magical service experience for our Cowboy community. You are the one who will help our customer in need and get them back on their bike.
Your profile:
Inspire trust - by having in-depth expertise about the bike and it's mechanics
Radiate passion - by having a strong connection to the bike and our brand
Mechanic experience and/or willingness to learn
As our service partner you will:
Enable quick and professional service in your city
Become an expert of the bike, knowing all its ins and outs
Perform repairs and meet our Cowboy community
Regularly be in contact with our team to continuously learn about the latest updates on the bike
Requirements:
Passion for bikes and service
Mechanic skills
Dynamic, Energetic, Enthusiastic
