Modify an existing website (html) add enhancements, login buttons, etc. The website is for children struggling with social disorders and will be designed as somewhat of a social network (but I'm trying to avoid the typical look and feel). The best way I can describe it, would be social network, match making meets e-learning. :)

There are a few applications I would like created to access from the site. Below are some Service Requirements for the entire project, please let me know if this is something you can do as well as budget and timeframe. I haven't been able to find anyone to realistically commit to this project. So hopefully my search is over.

The site is up, but not functional.
