MS SharePoint 365 Developer / website designer for Team Site

Background and key objective

We are a global civil society organisation dedicated to tackling corruption in all its forms. Through more than 100 chapters worldwide and an international secretariat in Berlin, Germany, TI raises awareness of the damaging effects of corruption and works with partners in government, business and civil society to develop and implement effective measures to tackle it.

The Business Integrity Programme (BIP) supports the TI network of chapters in building a knowledge base and capacity on a broad range of issues related to business integrity. To facilitate our mission, we are currently setting up the website of the Business Integrity Forum on Office 365. For the completion of this project we are looking for a MS SharePoint/Office365 Developer/Designer who can support us in further customizing the main architecture, look and feel for a basic Office365 team site hosted by Transparency International. The site is intended to be the primary knowledge repository for a small, by-invitation community of practice with an emphasis on visually engaging, clean, responsive design, ultra-simple usability and modest degree of interactivity via curated sub-themes.

The development can build on an already existing presence of some TI sites on Office365 and it can also take advantage of a core structure that has already been built.

Development of a SharePoint 365 team site with an emphasis on clean, attractive graphic design and accessible user experience. Customization of online technology solution based on SharePoint 365 in close cooperation with the BIP team in TI-S, supervision of the implementation of the solution and troubleshooting and solving possible technical problems.
