Develop a C/C++ library supporting the ONVIF device discovery requirements. 

Onvif (onvif.org) module discovery is based on the WS-Discovery framework. 

Implementation is allowed to use any agreed upon by us open source tool.

The library will be tested with client code written by us. In addition the library will need to meet the test requirements defined in the Onvif documentation.

The target architecture is embedded Linux (arm and Intel configs)
