Description

Telebond, the professional solution for selling expertise with video calls and payment, all at a click of a button, is seeking for a professional Outbound Sales Agent. 

You will be responsible for helping to bring our product to market by improving conversions, throughout a series of actions on different acquisition channels and mainly on a one-to-one basis. 

Responsibilities 

● Establish a scalable growth process to identify and prioritise opportunities, experiment effectively, and measure the rate of conversions; 

● Implement growth experiments across different channels; 

● Build personalised strategies to nurture and convert different customer personas on a one to one basis; 

● Increase traffic by working with the content team to identify and produce assets for potential users; 

● Improve our product’s activation rate with personalised triggered email and in-app messages; 

Required experience and skills 

● Native German; 

● 3+ years of outbound sales; 

● Experience building growth-focused systems that scale; 

● Demonstrated success influencing and converting users; 

● Competency with analytics and excel; 

● Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing.
