The scope of work is to design & develop a peer-to-peer online marketplace and homestay network that enables people to list or rent short-term lodging in residential properties from all modern devices (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile). 

The developer has to 1) assist a team to complete a website for Desktop - budget max is 2.000 €; 2) design & develop a specific website for mobile - budget max is 2.000 €; 3) app for mobile - budget max is 3.000 €.

Milestone: 80 % at acceptance of products from Client Milestone: 20 % after 6 month from launch of the market.
