We need a Photoshop script which will automate the process of generating product images.
1. Open a GUI where the user can click checkboxes (select different products such as mens products, womens products, childrens products etc. Each product group has subgroups with colors such as green, red, black etc. The main checkbox shall trigger the subgroups like "select all")
2. The user now browses for a design picture in PNG format with fixed dimensions (for example 500 x 500 pixels).
3. The user enters a basic name for the images which will be generated. Example: model311 and chooses a destination folder where the images will be created
4. The script now uses readymade PSD files with layers, resizes the design picture which was choosen before, copy and paste it onto on of the layers, exports this image to JPEG, chooses another layer (looks for the checkbox, is green selected then export layer green with pasted design image, is red selected then export design image layer red) and exports all the other layers as well.
Usually thsi can be done with regular Photoshop actions but we want to choose which layers will be exported as JPEGs depending on the checkboxes which are clicked. Also we want to choose a name and a destination folder where the images are saved.
You can choose your own PSD files with layers and write a script that will work with those files. We will be able to rewrite the code to fit it to our own PSD files.
We can give you very basisc PSD files of course which will work.
Dead line for this project is may, 23rd.
Thanks for your time.
