I am looking for a small agency that do picture editing for interior design (mainly living and bed room), using, e.g., programs like Palette CAD, photoshops or the likes...

We are a start-up and plan to have around 300 picture editings a year. For testing, now we would like to get a few pictures edited only. 

Important:

1. please state the time and costs you will charge for editing ONE picture.

2. what is the response time (days/ hours) in future when you receive editing jobs?

3. Also state the software you use and state why this one.
