First off I want advice as to how the project can be implemented, then I want mentoring type support as I develop the project. I am an experienced database application developer but lack Access skills I used Informix 4GL for many years.  The company sells its services by the Internet. It uses a number of contractors to create the product. I need something that anyone can access either as a web application or as a database held on Dropbox (for example) so that the contractors can keep their tasks up to date.
