I am looking for technical expert, for support and assistance in case of bugs or crash of my company's call centre system/software. The ideal expert should be able to install and setup the system on a given server and ensure it runs, would be provided with all necessary materials for the system to be up and running, and the installation manual. Its is very important that the expert should understand the system setup because he/she should be able to intervene in real time, in the case of a crash or malfunction, as our services are supposed to be guaranteed to our clients. There would an initial payment if the installation is carried out successfully, then we would finally draw up a contract for technical assistance after the expert has proven him/herself in the installation process.

The call centre has already been setup and it is running smoothly as of the moment, and has been in use since 31st December 2012. 

- Web administration interface developed in languages ​​PHP, HTML and JavaScript, from which our clients or administrators request or fix appointments with our agents. Both clients and agents are registered in our database ( requests use Postgresql Language, database is in MySQL)

- These requests trigger the Asterisk software on our servers and calls are automatically made to the agents registered in the database to ask their availability for the appointments, to which they input digits to accept or refuse the requested appointment.
