Not sure of budget---Below is what I need

Project Title: ONE STEP INVOICE TRACKING

I have a monthly invoice tracking excel spreadsheet with 2 tabs.  The spreadsheet also has some information in columns that will need to be static  (protected) and will not be affected.  On a 3rd tab would like to have the list of contractors and be able to enter their monthly invoice amount. 

Once the invoice amount is entered to the list in the 3rd tab I would like to have that amount added to the 2nd tab in the corresponding column.  I need to have the next row added as well because the previous row would be populated with invoices for the previous month.   Also need the month populated for column A.  When the amount is added to the 2nd tab, I need the formula to update to include the newly added invoice amount in the total row.  This amount is carried over to column J in the 1st tab.  If there is no invoice amount then the amount should be zero until an invoice amount is added for that contractor.  This is because some contractors submit their bills much later than others. 

On the 3rd tab, the month needs to be updated to the next month based on the last month in the 2nd tab once the invoice amount is entered.

Once the invoice amount is entered to the list in the 3rd tab I would like to have that amount added to monthly invoices tab column I and then update column H with the month (Jan, Feb, etc) of the invoice

Can I add a button for this to happen all at once because I want the spreadsheet to populate after all of the invoices have been added for the month?  Some invoices will not be received by the time I want the macro to work.

All other areas of the of the worksheets should protected from editing at all times

Need the header to update in the 1st and 2nd tab based on the number of invoices for the current month.  Let’s say we have 10 monthly invoice amounts for December or more entered on the 3rd tab then the header for the 1st tab and the 2nd tab will be populated with "December" followed by 2013.

Please let me know what you think or should I post this in the forum?
