This briefing is especially directed at agencies in eastern europe.

We are creating a mobile app for smartphone / tablet, which will increase traffic in brick-and -mortar shops.

We do that by incenting the entire purchase process - the consumer gets credits for simply looking at retailers' campaigns he is presented in our mobile app (showrooms), for walking into stores (mobile autodetected via location based services), for searching and scanning products - and yes, finally also for purchase.

Our value proposition to the end customer is - we make shopping more rewarding - easy, no plastic cards, no confusing rules - and for free - just walk-in and get credits - no action required, no purchase required - versatile across retail chains - share your shopping experience with your friends

Our value proposition to the retailers is (we intend to target mid to upper market fashion, furniture, toys, sports, book stores etc.) - enhanced pull-in into stores - mobile platform to present their campaigns and offers - customer information right at the point of sale - positive image effects (innovation leader) - enhanced analysis of customer shopping behaviour

We intend to launch in Germany, and then move to other European countries.

I am currently searching for the agency which will build this mobile marketing / loyalty / community platform for us. The agency needs to have deep and proven expertise in mobile, LB services, loyalty, social media integration... and all that with some design style, as we expect 65% female users aged around 30.
