I am seeking someone who can build a small INTAKE repoting application for me in Visual Basic, Excel. SQL, Microsoft form or other.  If Excel design it so it looks like a WEB app.

 

1.)  App will have a a few menu options

2.)  Will allow one ot login, see what application to be tested, what controls to test against application

3.)  Begin test and a Report page to chart the progress of engagement.
