We are a social media management company looking to expand our team! We need a social media manager who is able to monitor about 10 accounts for our clients.
The social media manager will be responsible for: - Monitoring Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts for comments/likes/messages/etc. and responding accordingly - Checking email on a regular basis and posting any last-minute content that comes in and needs to be posted right away - Communicating with clients, as necessary (by phone or email) - Keeping an eye on all networks for any mentions of the brands and handling accordingly - Retweeting/sharing/engaging with conversations that mention a brand or photos posted from an event
Regular posts will already be scheduled ahead of time, so you will not be responsible for creating content unless it is a last minute post that comes in from a client and needs to be posted. Fan and follower building will be taken care of. Metrics will also be taken care of.
The responsibilities are required on weekdays AND weekends.
