I need a program that can sort what i input into it by list. It needs to have a few windows and forms that manipulate multiple items on the list. A search field that searches on diffrent veriables. The image shows the basic layout. Any more information will be provided as it is needed.

The program doesnt have to be in java or javascript. Whatever is best and simplest to use, and code.

Also i can pay more :P
