Hi We are currently working on getting our site to go Live some time in March. The products we will sell at first, will be SSL Certificates. We are now looking to outsource the customer support. Before reading on, please note that good experience with SSL Certificates is required. English language level should be at least 7/10. At startup we think live chat & email support services should be adequate for the first 2-3 months until the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) will go in effect. Chat/Email systems are also ready developed. The operator MUST be logged in at all times and answer chats asap, and emails within 24h.
