Our budget is $650/month (this covers the agent’s salary + all call center fees). Our agents earn an average $1000-$1500 commission each month. So the salary structure is: base + commissions.
Qualified candidates will match the following criteria:
- Known from other campaigns (no strangers or ‘walk in’ candidates). Only the top 10% of agents for this campaign.
- Male, aged 28-35
- No accent in English (Americanised accent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the call center
- No appointment setters. No order takers. We want REAL SALES PEOPLE who can sell very complex products and establish a relationship with customers .
Candidates must provide:
- Full resume covering their education and professional experience
- On 1 page, they must write a letter indicating why they want to work for [OBSCURED] as a sales manager/ patient care coordinator
- 4 audio recordings answering the following questions
o In 2 minutes: Why should we hire you to work as a patient care manager for www.gosculptura.com ?
o In 2 minutes: Explain step by step, a complex sales cycle you were involved in from start to sale/after sale.
o In 2 minutes: Explain something very complex that you are very good at. Must NOT be related to work (talk about a hobby, anything NOT work related)
o In 2 minutes: Talk about a situation where you got some tough feedback from your boss.
