We are urgently looking for a junior expert that will merge the new contacts with the existing database for our client in Barcelona. 

He/she has to be based in Barcelona because he'll need to work for about 1 month at the client's premises (not necessarily full time, but during business hours).

Here's a short description: Contact Database Manager: He/she will edit excel files, merging different databases, maintain the system of 20,000 records. He/she would know CRM (basic level) and preferably Microsoft Dynamics (because the client uses this programme) & ensure database contacts integration. This job should be done at the client office in Barcelona, starting from mid-February 2016,  and the remaining months till the end of the year with a part time contract (average: couple of hours a day/1 day a week, also from remote office, with some personal meetings). 

The maximum of 20 working days throughout the contract period (11 months) is planned. The peak of work will be in mid-February-March.We can discuss the compensation, if you think that you or someone you can recommend is eager to do the job. The compensdation will depend on the actual workload that will be clear by mid-February, up to 3 000 euro can be paid for the whole duration of the contract.

He/she would also be acquainted with web related topics in order to support the job carrierd out by our remote experts (web designer, digital expert, web programmer) from Italy who need to be assisted. He should be the on the site part of the team, while most of the work will be done in English from Italy (maintenance of websites etc.) English and Spanish languages are required and Italian will be very welcome.
