We are searching for native English / American speaker (male/female, > 24 y.o.), with a GOOD pronunciation, who should read (recording his/her voice while reading, to provide as a set of MP3 files to be edited) a book we've written (in English).
We are going to publish a set of videotutorials based on the chapters of this good, so we are searching for a native speaker to just read the text; then, we'll combine the MP3s with our videos, so we just need the MP3s for every chapter.
The book is a 84 pages (incl. images) book, 22.000 words.
We would provide you the book as a pdf, so you should be able to record your reading immediately (you just a need a simple microphone and an open source software, such as Audacity).
The recording must be “clear”: no noises / unpleasant sounds / disturbance (city / street sounds, etc...) / hard breathing.
The work should be done “ASAP” (< 1 week).
You can provide us a sample (by linking it in your answer, here on Twago) of your reading by recording the following text, so we'll be able to get a preview when choosing:
Cycles is a rendering engine, a program that transforms a 3D virtual environment into a 2D image, or render. It does this by making calculations of the lighting and shading of the scene, taking into account factors such as the nature of “physical” objects - their textures, the effects of refraction - in order to produce the end result. From version 2.62 of Blender 3D, Cycles comes ready-installed, and since then the list of functionality has grown, with new features in each release.
