We would like our customers to access this project via our website (www.inclusivelife.org)
1) The customer would select from a list of ceremony types
2) Based on that choice, a list of categories would appear for them
3) The customer would read the options in each category and choose ONE that best fits their preference.
4) The customer would then push a "submit" button that would send an email to us with all of their choices in a format that can be cut and pasted into a MS word document
There will be 5-6 Ceremony Types
There will be around 12 Categories
There will be up to 30 options for each category
We need, in the future, to edit Ceremony types, category options, and options
We would like the customer NOT to be able to cut and paste from their screen the information they are seeing.
